Medium flour: 400g, warm water: about 230ml, active dry yeast: 4g, Lexirui original mayonnaise: right amount, chives: 30g, salt: right amount, black pepper crush: right amount, olive oil: right amount
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients, pour the active dry yeast into the flour, wash the shallots and drain the water.
Step 2: Cut the shallot into sections, add a little olive oil and mix well, set aside

Step 9: Use a spatula to evenly spread the mayonnaise, then sprinkle evenly with the right amount of salt and black pepper, and finally sprinkle with the shallot
