Ingredients:
Kimchi: Right amount-White onion: Half-Shiitake: 6-8 flowers-Ham sausage (Wang Zhongwang): One-Tomato sauce: Right amount-Korean hot sauce (spicy): Right amount-Salt: Right amount- Egg: According to the number of people-Rice (overnight): Moderate-Cooking oil: Moderate-Sugar: Moderate
Step 1: Prepare ingredients, diced mushrooms, shredded white onions, and diced ham. You can also add other ingredients you like, such as bean sprouts, cabbage, etc.
Step 2: Put cooking oil in one side of the pot, and fry ham in frying place. Pay attention to turning at any time. Heat the mushrooms on the oily side, stir-fry the white onion, stir-fry until the white onion is transparent, and stir-fry with the ham.
Step 3: Stir-fried spicy cabbage. In fact, in this step, you can pile the vegetables just to one side, stir-fry the spicy cabbage on the other side, and mix and fry. (Because I originally wanted to fry poached eggs for one person, and later joined them temporarily, I fried a broken egg in the middle of the ham step just now, otherwise this step can be done at the beginning)
Step 4: Add rice and fry until the grains are clear.
Step 5: Add tomato sauce and stir well.
Step 6: Add the Korean hot sauce. Since the Korean hot sauce is slightly sticky, the trick to evenly stick to each grain of rice is to use a chopstick to draw a circle clockwise or counterclockwise and stir.
Step 7: Add the egg and stir-fry. If the saltiness of the Korean hot sauce is not enough, you can add salt according to your own taste. If you like sweet and spicy, you can add a little sugar. Stir-fry evenly.
Step 8: If you don’t like the broken eggs, you can fry a poached egg.
Tips:
1. The rice used for fried rice is best overnight. In summer, you can use a fresh-keeping bag into the freezer and take it out to thaw when you use it.
2. You can also add bean sprouts, cabbage and other ingredients you like.
3. This dish can be left without spicy cabbage at home, and the fried rice with spicy sauce is also delicious.
