Pork trotters: 1 onion ginger: a little, allspice powder: a little, anise: 2 pieces, old soy sauce: right amount, salt: right amount, rock sugar: 30g, cooking wine: right amount, Korean hot sauce: right amount, ground peanuts: a little, white Sesame: a little
Step 1: The pig’s hoof actually contains a pig’s foot and a small hoof. Put it in a cold water pot and cook with onion and ginger.
Step 2: After cooking, add cooking wine. Cook for about 20 minutes.
Step 3: Add another pot of water to boil and add allspice powder, soy sauce, rock sugar, onion ginger, star anise, cook for a while and put in the cooked pork trotters. Cook over low heat for 2 to 3 hours.
Step 4: Try with chopsticks if it’s soft and easy to pierce. Don’t overcook it. Let it cool after cooking.
Step 5: Prepare a few peeled and cooked peanuts and chop them for later use.
Step 6: Homemade Korean Chili Sauce. It’s sweet and spicy. This hot sauce can be searched in my recipe for detailed instructions. If you don’t want to worry about yourself, you can use honey with Korean hot sauce.
Step 7: Brush the hot sauce again.
Step 8: Bake in the oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes, and then repeat the brush several times, 10 minutes each time.
Step 9: After cooling, cut into pieces and sprinkle with ground peanuts and sesame seeds.
