Step 1: Wash all ingredients. Boil a small pot of water for later use. Cut the greens into small pieces, cut the yellow onions into 8mm square onion grains, chop the ginger, cut the shallots into small pieces, and place the light white and light green separately.

Step 4: Add green vegetables, soy sauce, tempeh, whipped cream, minced meat, and a small bowl of water to the pot, and add an appropriate amount of Korean hot sauce according to personal taste. Stir-fry evenly, cover with a lid and simmer for 7-9 minutes until the flavors blend.
Step 5: Put the rice cake slices in the boiling water just before, and boil for 2-3 minutes until the rice cakes become soft. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, season with salt and black pepper according to personal taste before serving.
Step 6: Put delicious rice cakes in everyone’s bowl. Sprinkle an appropriate amount of spring onion according to everyone’s taste.
