Old hen: one, Korean fresh ginseng or dried American ginseng: 4-5, glutinous rice: half a cup, red dates: 6 pieces, ginger: 3 pieces, onion: 1 piece, rice wine: 30ml
Step 1: Wash and soak glutinous rice for 1 hour, three slices of ginger, shredded onion, and the old hen to remove the buttocks and the fat around the PP for future use.

Step 3: Fill the pot with pure water, put three slices of ginger, and cut off the roots of 4 small ginsengs. Pour some cooking wine in the fire and boil off the float. Cover the lid and continue the low heat for 3 hours.
Step 4: Spread the green onion before serving. If it is not finished on the day, please do n’t add salt in the pot, add salt when it comes out!
Fresh ginseng can be replaced with dried American ginseng.
